John
Wilson
John has over 40 years of experience in capital markets. He was a Managing Director at UBS and then at Lehman Brothers in equities and fixed income capital markets where he managed large international businesses including equity and fixed income research and quantitative analysis. He was CEO of the London Stock Exchange’s MTF and CEO of ETX Capital. He holds various non-executive roles mainly in capital markets businesses.

Gareth Derbyshire
Gareth has a broad range of experience in financial services regulation and compliance. He has worked at the Financial Ombudsman Service, PWC and a number of major financial services firms. Gareth also runs his own regulatory and compliance consultancy and has helped many firms navigate the complexities of UK financial services regulation and challenging regulatory situations.
