Q: What are the typical fees for experts?
A: Actual fees are a matter for discussion between the expert and the client, however,
we are happy to provide guidance. The fees are normally comparable to the pro-rated
annual total compensation of an expert in the field in full time employment. Fees
are typically charged on either a project or a daily basis. When fees are charged
on a project basis it is normal to agree a project duration.

Q: How does Expert Analysis
Group Limited validate the experience and competency of the Experts?
A: Expert Analysis Group requires all Experts to represent themselves in a fair,

Q: Can an Expert be used
on a permanent basis?
A: Yes, but the client will be liable to a recruitment fee of 30% on the first full
year’s total compensation in addition to any fees already paid to Expert Analysis
Group. If the Expert is taken on as a full time employee within 12 months of completing
any interim or project work for the client, Expert Analysis Group will charge the

paid to Expert Analysis Group. Should the Expert then leave full time employment within

Expert Analysis Group.

Q: How should inside information be treated?
A: The rules governing inside information are not dependent on the employment status.
Normal legal and regulatory rules apply in full.

Q: Do the FSA's conduct
of business rules apply?
A: Yes if, according to the FSA rules, the work represents a "controlled function".

Q: Can the assignment
be terminated prematurely?
A: Any applicable notice period is to be agreed between Expert and Client prior to engagement, however, where this exists, it is usually minimal. Fees are payable up to the end of the notice period. If the fees are project based, they should be pro-rated for
the full days worked as a percentage of the estimated project duration. In addition,
where an Expert is working away from his or her home location, at the client's request,
the client is responsible for all reasonable costs associated with returning the
Expert to their home. Expert Analysis Group must be informed at the time
of termination, or as soon as practical thereafter.

Q: What entitlement
does the expert have to employee benefits?
A: This will depend on the employment status of the Expert. A self employed Expert
will generally not receive any employee benefits. Generally, a temporary direct
employee will receive the same benefits as a full time employee, pro-rated for the
time actually worked during the year.

Q: Can holiday be
taken during an assignment?
A: This should be agreed between Expert and Client prior to engagment. A self-employed Expert
should give the client notice of any holiday intentions prior to commencing the
engagement and would not expect to be paid during this time. A temporary direct employee will receive holiday entitlement in accordance
with their contract of employment.
