Expert Analysis Group Limited is a company established to provide traditional and alternative investors, investment banks, and companies, with access to experienced and highly regarded Experts. Typically, these experts are capital markets professionals with established track records, and many years of experience, with leading financial institutions. Expert Analysis Group is unique in that the Experts are provided on an interim basis. This may be to work on specific projects, to meet increased work loads, or to compensate for temporarily reduced staffing. As these Experts typically work for an individual client, there is no leakage of information to other market participants.

This type of work regime is likely to suit Experts who have recently left full time employment but who retain high levels of relevant knowledge, good company relationships and wish to continue to use their expertise.

Our Company was founded by John Wilson and other senior finance industry professionals. Most recently Ben Hakham has been appointed CEO of the company. Ben Hakham and his team have extensive relationships, and they are committed to finding both the most intellectually and financially appealing interim work for Experts, and the most suitable individuals for those seeking to engage an Expert.

Ben Hakham has over 20 years experience in Sales, research and fund management. Ben started his career in the European Research department of Schroder Securities. He subsequently set-up the emerging market research, sales and trading desks at Schroders, Carnegie International and SG Warburg (and later UBS). He was also one of the founders of the European Technology research effort at UBS between 2000-2003. In 2003 Ben left UBS to run the International business of Renaissance Capital, Russia's largest Investment Bank. Whilst at Renaissance Capital, Ben ran the Proprietary trading desk and latterly set-up and ran the Renaissance Vanguard Fund. Ben has a degree in Economics and Economic History from Manchester and a post-graduate diploma in Computer Science from London University.

Michael Hagmann, a trained economist, joined the City in 1993. Since this time, he has been constantly involved in the industrials/engineering sector while working at Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers and most latterly at UBS, where he headed the European capital goods equity research team. Michael has featured highly in analyst surveys such as Institutional Investor and Extel for most of his career. In 2007 he was a founding partner of H2W Partners, a research and corporate finance boutique in London.

Chris Heminway has in excess of twenty years of financial services experience working with industrial businesses in roles covering equity research, corporate finance and consulting. He previously worked at Lehman Brothers (from 1992-2005) where he was a long-term #1 rated analyst following the engineering industry before co-heading their industrials investment banking team. In 2005, Chris set up his own business, Industrial Advisors, which is a predecessor to H2W Partners.
